Il nostro olioLa Gagliana oil is obtained from the very first pressing of local olives, which are all strictly hand-picked in the traditional way and all arriving from the terraces surrounding Rasina and Molbena houses.

The oil has an particularly strong and intense flavor, due to the peculiar climatic conditions of the high hills of Cortona and the characteristics of the local species of olive trees, like the Moraiolo, the Leccino and the Frantoniano.

It is also low in acidity and has strong hints of grass and artichoke, which further enrich the full-bodied set of aromas.

La Gagliana oil is available for sale, in bottles of ¼ and ½ liter.
